Patient running late
If you are running more than 10 minutes late please call and let us know and we will do the best we can to honour your appointment.
This is very much dependent upon the Clinician. If they can accomodate your late arrival in their Surgery they will. You may be asked to wait.
If the Clinician is not able to see you, due to there being no availability within their list, our receptionists will suggest an alternative appointment for you.

We are also aware that our Clinicians can run late. This is usually due to a complex case, emergency, or an admission to hospital ahead of you.
If you are unable to wait, please ask our receptionists to make an alternative appointment for you. We very much appreciate your understanding in these situations.
