Minor surgery and joint injections

Minor Surgery

We will remove: moles and other skin lesions, ingrowing toenails, skin tags and sebaceous cysts.

We suggest you come and discuss this with one of the GPs or the Advanced Nurse Practitioner first, to make sure it is something we are able to treat.

Joint Injections

We carry out joint injections for shoulder problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and knee problems. This should be discussed with a GP or the Advanced Nurse Practitioner before an appointment is made.

You can only have 3 injections in the same joint each year and they must be at least 3 months apart.

If you need an injection in 2 different joints, these should be 6 weeks apart
