Caroline Briggs works with us on a Tuesday and a Thursday at the Practice. She will speak to people with acute mental health issues from the triage list, who can be booked in with her directly and arrange follow up as needed.
Social Prescribers
Becky and Aidan work with us at the Practice. Social prescribing is designed to support people with a wide range of social, emotional or practical needs, and is focused on improving mental health and physical wellbeing. Those who could benefit from social prescribing include people with mild or long-term mental health problems, people with complex needs, people who are socially isolated and those with multiple long-term conditions who frequently attend either primary or secondary health care.
