Medication requests

You can request a repeat prescription by:

  • Using your NHS account
  • Calling our prescription line on 016973 22491 and leave your name, date of birth and medication request. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • e-mail our prescription service on; cuccg.aspatria.prescriptions@nhs.net
  • Tick the items you require on your paper slip and drop it in the prescription request post box located in the waiting room.

When ordering by any of the above methods please indicate where you wish to collect your prescription from. Please also remember to allow 72 hours between ordering and collecting to give the Pharmacy time to prepare your order. The email letting you know that your medications are ready for collection comes from the Pharmacy and not from the Practice.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored annually, usually in your birth month. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment or else contacted by one of the team. Please feel free to let us know if you are having any problems with your medication or have stopped any medication at any time.
